How does recording work?
Open the recorder with your PHNX account, review your plan’s features and configure a supported creator. The service checks for live broadcasts. Once a recording is complete and ready to watch, its replay page shows the creator, date and duration.
Do I need to wait for the live stream to end?
A creator being live and a replay being ready are different states. A recording may need processing after the broadcast. Check the archive for recordings that are actually ready.
What are the recorder’s limitations?
Detection and recording depend on source access, connectivity, the broadcast and service conditions. A recorder cannot guarantee every LIVE will be captured or provide access to private or restricted streams.
Recording a LIVE versus downloading a post
The recorder handles live broadcasts. Downloading a posted TikTok video is a separate feature with its own availability and limits. Check the plans page for your account’s current access.
